Chris attended her first bodywork workshop in 1991 in Colorado. She graduated from Institute of Pycho-Structural Balancing in Santa Monica, California in 1995, after graduation she moved to Yosemite in the Sierra Nevada. In 1999 Chris opened Mammoth Massage & Yoga which she owned and operated for 6 years.
Chris integrates many methods and techniques to offer a personalized session for each client. She enjoys creating an environment for deep relaxation and transformation of the patterns that may limit potential for health. Chris takes a holistic approach to her work and incorporates, movement, breath and sound into sessions. She includes the following massage and bodywork techniques into her work: deep tissue/structural, sports massage, yoga therapy, Thai, shiatsu, reflexology, Swedish & Esalen massage, Reiki, polarity, energy balancing, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, facial massage and spa therapies.
