Chris has diverse professional training and studies in natural health, massage, meditation, therapeutic yoga, fitness training, tai chi, qi gong, Ayurvedic medicine, and holistic life coaching. She offers a personal program to support a sustainable, holistic and healthy lifestyle. Chris begins where you are and works with you to find the tools that are available and accessible to you. She believes in building a foundation of meaning and connection that flows naturally into making healthy choices. Chris will work with you to develop a program from 3-6 months depending on your needs and what will work in your schedule. You can expect support and guidance on the following areas: mind-body fitness, exercise, Ayurvedic nutrition & food, meditation & breathing practices, stress reduction, recreation and relaxation.
